On the left side remove the bolt holding the anchor plate to the frame and remove the clevis pin from the brake rod.
On the right side remove the chain.
Remove the nuts holding the rear fender stays. Lift the hinged fender and hold it up with ropes or bungees.
Undo either left or right wheel spindle nut.
Support the wheel and pull out wheel spindle.
The wheel complete with brake drum and shoes can now be pulled back.
It's a bit tight so deflating the tyre can give a bit more wiggle room.
You can now remove the chainguard to get to the front sprocket. Note at you can only remove/replace the chainguard with the wheel out.
