    I am still waiting for a responds from the support team that we run the website through.  Initially I requested help with regards to some members not able to play videos from the website on May 2nd.  They responded on May 7th needing more information with regards to the situation.  I sent them the information that they requested on the 7th and I have not heard back from them yet.  I will keep you posted.

    Okay, I need both those that could and could not open the videos under Members Only give a try in playing an Instructional Video.  Please get back to us and let us know if you are able to play one of these video. Thanks!  

    The support team did some modifications in updating the video access code (???). If this modification rectifies past problems of opening videos, the remaining unmodified videos in the website will be modified.  After much back and forth and great delaaaays I am in hope the modification corrects the problem of some members not able to play the videos.

    Hello Jeff , All I could get was the television broadcasts , all others were error 404 apart from Members Contributions that just 'timed out' . Thanks for trying , not sure whether you , me or my computer or what !!? Have fun , Ken
