Tech Tip #14

    Can anybody point me to a copy of Tech Tip #14?  I am trying to lace up a front hub and brake to a drop center rim for my 1928 Shortframe Scout.  I see mention of that Tech tip but I don't seem to have a copy of that one.

    Thank you Mike for catching that the link Tech Tip #14 does not open the file, while all the other Tech Tips links do open a file.  We are working on correcting this issue.

    Added note:  Not realizing, the Tech Tips heading was presented in Members-Only site, it has since been corrected.   However, Tech Tip #14 link is still not accessible for now.
