Actually I am not sure what pins I am using.  I sent the lower end out to a shop that has done a lot of this for Indians.  I know my flywheels were questionable and my rods were bad.  Ended up using S and S flywheels and Sport Scout rods, I believe.  I know he replaced the pins but not sure with what.  I did follow the procedure in the manual to check clearance (with cork washer removed).  I then determined that a .150 thrust washer would give me the .010" clearance I need.  Just for grins I ordered a new cork washer and noticed it was quite a bit thicker than the one that was in the drive gear, so it appears somebody sanded the one down that was in it.  I also noticed there was a small shim washer under the cork washer.  Not sure if that is normally there or not.  Any guidance for how thick that cork washer should be?
