Rear Carrier Mounting

    Hi all,

I have a rear carrier to fit which I am trying to fit.

It looks like there's some kind of saddle clamp/clip that fits over one tube of the carrier and bolts to the rear mudguard.

Does anyone have a carrier fitted who could take a picture.

I can't seem to find many close up pictures of this part - if someone would be good enough to respond.

    Cheers Mick

    Hi Mick,

I dont have the luggage rack or the mounting clip yet, but my fender still has the 2 holes where the clip is supposed to be attached.

Reno has a picture of the clip:

    Hope this helps.

    Dave

    Hello all,

My frame is up on a bench (kindly provided by Tim R) without forks fitted - I need to figure out how the 101 sits when on its wheels so I can fit my rear carrier in the correct position to rear guard so it looks right.

Could I ask if someone could take a couple of measurements:

    1) Floor to rear axle.

    2) Floor to front engine main stud.

I'll then be able to level up the frame on my jig.

    Many thanks Mick
