I see his tuning videos are no longer in the member section. Was that out of respect or are they available elsewhere?

...here on an iPad the instructional videos do not appear, but the videos under "Cannonball" work fine

With much delay we have identify why the videos can’t be pull up.  The accessibility of the videos has been lost. Apparently, the site where the videos where stored has either closed or that the videos were removed from that site.  We are currently working on finding copies the instructional videos and put them on the website in order to again make them available to members.
