    Has anyone converted a Splitdorf NS4 to a NS2?

    Might be better finding someone who wants a four one and has a good ns2 for exchange < you might get the better end of the deal ?

    Thinking on a bit, perhaps the capacitor would need to be difference value to allow for quicker regeneration of the spark on the four cylinder mag.

    Brett, different cam, different fibre gears, different back cover, different armature etc.

    It seems more feasible to sell NS4 and then acquire NS2.

    Bret, try advertising the mag on the for sales and wants page of this site, saying you want to swap. You may find a four guy who will give you a really good deal. If its the correct mag for an Indian Ace or four, its worth more than an NS2 .
